At Mystical Wild Roots, each product is handcrafted in small batches using natural, plant-based ingredients. Because of the personal and hygienic nature of herbal wellness products, we maintain the following policy.

📦 Returns

Due to health, safety, and sanitation standards:

• All sales are final.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used, or personal care products.
• Returned items cannot be restocked or resold.

If you have questions about a product before purchasing, we are always happy to help you choose the best option.

💚 Refunds & Replacements

We carefully inspect every order before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number
• Photos of damaged product(s)
• Photos of shipping packaging
• Brief description of the issue

After review, Mystical Wild Roots may offer at our discretion:

• Replacement item
• Store credit
• Refund to original payment method

Requests made after 48 hours may not be eligible for resolution.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by Mystical Wild Roots.

🌞 Warm Weather Shipping Notice

Our products contain natural oils, butters, waxes, and botanical ingredients that may soften or melt during hot weather.

During warmer months, orders may ship with:

• Insulated packaging
• Ice packs
• Additional insulation liners

Softening or melting during transit is not considered damage and does not qualify for a refund.

If this occurs:

• Allow products to cool at room temperature, or
• Refrigerate briefly to restore consistency.

Product safety, potency, and effectiveness remain unchanged.

📬 Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Mystical Wild Roots is not responsible for:

• Lost packages
• Stolen deliveries
• Shipping carrier delays
• Delivery issues beyond our control

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local carrier to file a claim.

📍 Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Mystical Wild Roots is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an address error:

• Reshipping fees will apply.

❌ Order Cancellations

Because orders move quickly into production and packaging:

• Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this window, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

If a refund is approved:

• Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider.
