📦 Ordering

How long does it take to process my order?

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Processing time is typically 3–7 business days before shipment. During busy seasons or sales, processing may take slightly longer.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be in production or packaging and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.

Can I change my order after placing it?

We can only make changes if your order has not yet entered processing. Please contact us immediately at mysticalwildroots@gmail.com

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, delivery usually takes:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days

These are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed.


Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Mystical Wild Roots ships within the United States only.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.


🌞 Warm Weather Shipping

Will heat affect my products?

Our products are made with natural oils, butters, and botanical ingredients. In warm weather, they may soften or melt during transit.

This does not affect quality, safety, or effectiveness.

How do you protect products during hot weather?

We use:

  • Insulated shipping bags
  • Ice packs when needed
  • Additional insulation inside boxes

These measures help protect your order during transit.

What should I do if my product arrives melted or soft?

Simply:

  • Let it sit at room temperature, or
  • Place it in the refrigerator for 15–30 minutes

It will return to normal consistency.


💚 Products & Ingredients

Are your products all-natural?

Yes. Our products are handcrafted using natural, plant-based ingredients including herbs, oils, butters, and botanicals.


Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

Many customers with sensitive skin use our products successfully, but we always recommend doing a patch test before full use.


Do your products contain harsh preservatives or synthetic chemicals?

No. We only use clean, natural formulations without synthetic fillers or harsh preservatives.

If a preservative is used it’s in products that contain water and oil and it is a clean plant based preservative. It is to help prevent mold and bacteria from forming in your product. 


Are your products FDA approved?

Our products are not FDA approved. Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.


🌿 Usage & Storage

How should I store my products?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat. Some products may be refrigerated for longer shelf stability in hot climates.


Can I use your products on children or during pregnancy?

We recommend consulting a healthcare professional before using herbal products during pregnancy, nursing, or on young children.


📍 Orders & Issues

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Once shipped, packages are the responsibility of the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please contact your local post office or carrier to file a claim.


What if I entered the wrong address?

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout. If the package is returned, reshipping fees will apply.


What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of your item and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


💳 Refunds & Returns

Do you accept returns?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.


Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong product
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
