The Journey to the Wheels Hitting the Road

January 2026, I had a big goal, and it was by the end of the year I would have a mobile apothecary for Mystical Wild Roots.

The second week of January, hubby and I went to look at a few utility trailers to see what I might want. Fast forward a couple of days and with the help of my Uncle Allen my dream started. He went with me to the trailer place and we ordered one custom made with extra overhead lights, a canopy outside, a split until, battery box, electric box, a few electrical sockets and an electric hitch.

It took about 7 weeks to come in and get taken out to my Uncle Allen and Aunt Cherry's property to get finished out.

Allen and his brother Chris started the project. They opened all the walls to add insulation, add extra electrical outlets, and put the walls back up.

One of my most favorite parts is the extra wall they added to the back so I could put in a glass door to be more like a shop. I knew I wanted this going in so that's why I bought the barn doors and not a ramp. It's pretty awesome and gets so many men looking at it to see how it was made.

Then Uncle Allen custom built me a fancy checkout stand, they moved on to staining all of the trim, the stand and legs to my big cabinet we were putting in. He also painted the ceiling black after squaring everything up. 

Now it's time to add some color. Not only did we do a gorgeous stain, but I wanted my colors of my brand. So, that's where the black, white and Eucalyptus green comes in at.

The last day and night of it being at my aunt and uncle's house. Matt (which was recovering from a surgery) and I went out there to help finish things up. All the shelving was put in and the last of the trim pieces. We all had a ball that night, listening to music, cutting up and making my big dream come true.

I had already been shopping for all the little extras to bring it all together. I had a vision and I couldn't wait to see it all finished. If you ever talk to my awesome Uncle Allen, he will let you know real quick, he worked on this trailer for 32 days. LOL! The next day he drove the trailer over to the signage shop and we had all of our logos and wording added. My hubby met me there after work and we brought her home for the first time.

I did my first show in Rincon the next weekend and it's been going strong ever since. I could not be more grateful to everyone who had a hand in this journey of making my big dream come true way faster than I ever imagined. 

The dream started way before but the goal was set in January for 2026. Only 4 months later and my dream was now a reality. To be able to keep growing in my business is beyond words. All I want to do is help people and this allows me to travel and reach more people while making it a bit easier on the hubby and I.
